Caroline Dubourg has been responsible for Research, Innovation & Perfume Marketing at Mane since 2023. A graduate engineer from ONIRIS, formerly ENITIAA in Nantes, France, she is passionate about the world of aromas and perfumes.

She began her professional path at SEPPIC where she was able to get a strong understanding of customer needs. Then she joined Mane where she has been involved in the development side. She focused successively in encapsulation R&D and in the development of innovative extraction processes. She has always been looking for innovative, high-performance technical solutions. She has held positions ranging from R&D to production, including industrialization, thus giving her a complete vision of the industry.
